Experience

One of the founding members of the Firm, Tim is an experienced trial attorney who has handled hundreds of medical malpractice cases in a number of states, including Missouri, Kansas, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas. He has been lead defense counsel representing physicians, hospitals, dentists, nurses and pharmacists in cases involving virtually every medical specialty. Following law school, Tim served as assistant attorney general for Oklahoma from 1979-1981. An active pilot for 46 years, he holds a commercial pilot certificate with instrument and multi-engine ratings. He has logged more than 5,000 hours of flight time, much of which was accumulated during flights to trials, depositions, witness conferences and professional conferences.
