Missouri Lawyers Weekly will honor Randall Rhodes, Jeffrey Rowe and Rachel Boden at its 2018 Missouri Lawyer Awards on Friday, January 26 at the Hilton at the Ballpark in St. Louis, Mo.
For 2018, Martindale-Hubbell, the “gold standard in attorney ratings,” has ranked 13 Rouse Frets lawyers as “AV preeminent,” the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
Hank Driskell has joined Rouse Frets as an associate attorney working in several of the law firm’s litigation groups. He advises clients in commercial litigation, catastrophic loss, employment cases, higher education disputes, and medical malpractice matters.

Rankings are compiled for major metropolitan areas across the United States; the evaluation process includes feedback from clients, law firm data and reviews from attorneys listed in Best Lawyers in America.
Six Rouse Frets members have been named to the 2018 edition of Best Lawyers in America, the publication announced. In Kansas City, the honorees were published in the November edition of 435 Magazine.
Super Lawyers has recognized 11 Rouse Frets lawyers in its 2017 edition for Missouri and Kansas, the publication announced recently.
Super Lawyers rates lawyers in more than 70 practice areas, using independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective: “to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.”
Rouse Frets Member Chris Kurtz has been tapped for a three-year term as trustee of the Johnson County (Kan.) Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Johnson County Bar Association.
