ERISA & Employment Benefits

Our firm’s attorneys advise clients on many aspects of employee benefits and ERISA, from helping companies tailor the most effective employee benefits plans to counsel related to ERISA, COBRA and OWBA. We work with companies, plans, plan administrators, brokers and agents to help create and administer pension and welfare benefits. Included are numerous Taft-Hartley plans, involving medical, pension and apprentice programs. Additionally, we work with plan sponsors and fiduciaries to author and amend plans; develop compensation strategies, including executive compensation plans; review plans for compliance; and advise clients on all types of qualified and non-qualified insured and uninsured, group and individual and retirement plans. We also have extensive experience in litigation of claims arising out of qualified plans.
