The Real Estate practice group consists of 10 attorneys representing, in combination, over 200 years of experience in producing positive results for clients in all aspects of real estate.   • Representation of the buyer of regional shopping centers in Leawood, Kansas, and Kansas City, Missouri
  • Representation of the buyer of 51 convenience stores in the Kansas City area from a major oil company and subsequent sales of the stores to operators
  • Development of forms and risk management programs for use by over 100 home builders in greater Kansas City area
  • Development of over 75 residential subdivisions in Kansas and Missouri
  • Securing zoning and planning entitlements for multi-family, office, retail and hospitality developments
  • Securing zoning and planning entitlements, TDD and STAR Bond approval for a regional mixed-use (office, retail, entertainment and residential) project in Overland Park, Kansas
  • Acquisition of over 30 miles of right-of-way for a natural gas pipeline in Kansas and Missouri
